Your ADHD brain wasn’t built for solo work.
TaskTogether is a free support system designed for remote software engineers with ADHD (or similar brains) who thrive with structure, encouragement, and community.
You get two ways to plug in — join one or both:
Join the private slack community.
"As someone navigating ADHD, the TaskTogether community offers the perfect mix of structure, connection, and momentum."
- Mindi Weik (Arvada, Colorado)
TaskTogether is a great environment to grow with smart, like-minded people who are all working to improve as engineers. By combining clear structure with genuine camaraderie, it helps you break through procrastination and sustain motivation.
Michael’s super-supportive guidance and the opportunity to share your progress with others create just the right balance of accountability and encouragement to keep you moving forward.
- Ravi Bajaj (New York, New York)
TaskTogether gave me the push I've been looking for. Knowing I'll be showing up with others makes it easier to tackle the work I've been struggling to start. It’s like having a gentle deadline with friends.
- Becky Kozura (Boston, Massachusetts)
TaskTogether has been great for helping me initiate tasks that I know I’ve been putting off. Knowing that everyone else is also working helps keep me motivated, and knowing that I have to report back with my progress helps keep me on task. It’s also been really fun interacting with others in my field, and everyone is so friendly!
- Alex Riley (Summerville, South Carolina)
Hi, I am Michael, founder & ADHD Coach here at TaskTogether.dev, and a former engineering manager.
I didn’t set out to start a community for software engineers with ADHD.
I just noticed a gap.
So many software engineers with ADHD struggling to focus, start tasks, and stay motivated—alone at their desks.
And there wasn’t much out there to support them.
So I posted about hosting a single virtual coworking session—just to test the waters.
Five people said yes almost instantly.
We showed up. Set goals. Worked side-by-side.
And it clicked.
The next week, we did it again.
But then I wasn’t available to facilitate.
The energy was so good. We didn’t want to lose momentum.
So someone else stepped up and ran the next session .
And that’s when I knew this wasn’t just a one-off.
Something real was forming.
People didn’t want to just work together.
They wanted to stay connected, build relationships.
So I created a Slack group.
Fast forward a few months—and TaskTogether is now a growing community of more than 40 engineers supporting each other to beat procrastination, stay focused, and feel less alone.
