1:1 ADHD coaching
Coaching built for your brain, your career, and your life.
Most productivity advice was never designed for you. It was built for "average brains" — not the ADHD mind of a software engineer juggling deadlines, Slack notifications, and burnout. That's where personalized coaching comes in.
Why 1:1 coaching?
Unlike courses, checklists, or generic "hacks," 1:1 coaching gives you:
- Tailored strategies that match how your brain actually works — not how someone says it should.
- A thinking partner who helps you cut through procrastination, overwhelm, and context-switching.
- Clarity and confidence so you stop second-guessing and start moving forward.
- Accountability without shame — support that keeps you on track without judgment.
What we'll work on
Every coaching relationship is unique, but common goals include:
- Staying focused and following through on commitments
- Breaking big projects into manageable steps
- Building resilience against burnout and self-doubt
- Creating systems that stick (because they fit your brain)
- Advocating for yourself at work and being recognized for your impact
- Finding more balance between coding, career growth, and life outside work
How it works
- Biweekly sessions (60 minutes via Zoom), with async support between sessions for check-ins
- A coaching style rooted in Cognitive Ergonomics (CEFIO) — focusing on designing accommodations based on how your brain works
Why choose me as your coach?
I bring a mix of tech industry experience, community leadership, and ADHD-specific training.
- 16 years in tech — 7 as a software engineer and 9 as an engineering manager. I know what it's like to ship code under pressure, navigate messy team dynamics, and battle deep imposter syndrome.
- I host a community of ADHD engineers. As the founder of TaskTogether.dev, I run a private community for engineers with ADHD with daily check-ins, weekly challenges, and peer support. This isn't theory, it's lived experience.
- Trained in CEFIO (Cognitive Ergonomics From the Inside Out™). Developed by ADHD coach Jeff Copper, this paradigm equips me with tools to help you design systems and accommodations tailored to how your brain actually works — not how others say it should.
